Why do we recommend lymphatic massage?
After a procedure like liposuction, or another process of esthetic surgery, tissues can produce an excess of fluid as the body reacts to the traumatic action of the insertion of a cannula and removal of fat. Even with less intrusive procedures, some patients may experience a degree of tissue disruption, leading to an accumulation of excess fluid, called edema. In some cases, pockets of fibrosis may form, leading to hardened areas of scar tissue.
What are the benefits of lymphatic massages?
During lymphatic massage, a qualified massage therapist gently manipulates the skin and underlying tissues in the areas of lymph production to increase circulation and promote drainage and healing. The massage itself tends to be gentle and light, and should be a relaxing and comfortable procedure for the patient. Additionally, the reduction in discomfort and swelling immediately afterwards makes a lymphatic massage an even more pleasurable experience. With lymphatic drainage treatment, the recovery time will be 50% to 70% faster. Or!
How many lymphatic massages do I need to have after my surgery?
Before Surgery: It is recommended to have at least three or more before surgery. For best results, 3 or more in row are recommended right before surgery. This is to help prepare your body for surgery and move the fluid and toxins out. Post-Surgery: For best results, 20 to 25 sessions of lymphatic massages is recommended. One session every day, for 10 days. The remaining 15 sessions will be spaced out, 2-3 times a week. For Liposuction surgery, the 1st session is recommended 24 hours after surgery. For Tummy Tuck, the first session is recommended 72 hours after surgery.

The $40 deposit will go towards your service.
You must give a 48-hour cancellation notice, or your deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations
Please cancel 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment via text to (504)236-9442 (Metairie location) or (504) 464-0708 (Kenner location). Please, no same day cancellations. We plan our day around your appointments. Please have a mutual respect for our time as well. If an appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours, you will forfeit your $40 deposit. It does not matter if you reschedule or not. Respect the opening hours! It's reserved for you.
There will be no refunds for cancellations / rescheduled appointments that occur less than 48 hours in advance.
Please Arrive 15 Minutes Early.
Arrive a little early to your first appointment so you can find the building, fill out paperwork, and use the restroom. Come in and have a seat.
If you are late for your appointment, it will still end at the same time as originally scheduled, as we are very busy.
We are here to accommodate you to make your experience as pleasant as possible. This is our goal, so please help us make it great!

We will not be able to give you last minute directions, as we are in services. So, please know the address and suite number before you leave. Your appointment will still end at the same time.
There is no discount because you are late. We have other appointments following yours. However, we will do the best we can with the time remaining.
